Shieldex EMC shielding fabrics for EMI shielding applications
Shieldex EMC shielding fabrics, metallized with pure silver, copper, nickel and/or tin, are tear resistant, flexible and lightweight. Depending on the fabric and the frequency range (0.2 GHz – 14 GHz), our shielding fabrics have an average shielding performance of up to 70 dB. Due to the different metal layers, the conductive EMC shielding fabrics can be found not only in Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) but also in high-frequency technology and sensor technology as well as in various market segments such as the automotive industry, medicine, and care and even aerospace.

Shieldex textiles are exclusively finished with pure silver with a purity of 99%. Together with polyamide 6 and 6.6 (Nylon), the textiles are given strength and elasticity. Due to this combination, the field of application and processing of the material is limitless.
